Killer Liaison is my second sexual dip into the M/M erotic/erotica pool, and I have to say, that I was so very glad that is was one of Adelaide's books. It had equal parts storyline and hot, hunky, Alpha Male on Alpha Male action going on. I think if I was in that hotel room, I would be begging to watch some of that action live. I always say that you can tell a really good erotica writer when they can make you really care about the characters in only 5000 words. Well, I care. I care so much that at the end I was like "Wha-what! That's all! But, but, but--oh! There are two more books!"That is the second thing, the book kept me wanting more. I have to say, each time I read M/M or even see so many titles out there on the best seller list, I am so worried I am going to read one and go. Oh YIKES! This is my limit, right here, two men. But with this book, I not only wanted to see both characters get together, but I really wished I could squish myself in the middle of that sexy sandwich.
But that isn't all the book is about. Yes, it has a superior male on male scene that I won't soon forget. But the story brought it together. It was very well written, the flow from beginning to end was effortless and I wasn't left going, eh, who cares. I didn't have any jarring moments, and the POV shifts were done effortlessly. I have since bought a few more titles by this author. Adelaide has done it, she has sold me hook, line, and sinker that M/M erotica can not only be sexy as all hell when you get together two hot Alpha males, but it can incorporate a great storyline.
